About the Role

As an experienced Brand Manager, you will drive the development of brand growth strategy and assist in creating successful and profitable innovations; from concept development, brochure materials, to activation plans. Working closely with our three Corporate brands and eight Fabricator brands, your proven stakeholder and project management skills will ensure strong relationships and guarantee all efforts that promote the brand are within brand guidelines and communicate our vision. Some of your responsibilities also include:

  • Supervising all activities related to the brands; your role is seen as a technical expert on the brand and on competitive products
  • Developing and championing a productive Brand growth strategy through thorough data analysis
  • Overseeing advertising for product, direct marketing research and managing media distribution
  • Creating, implementing and monitoring all marketing & communications content
  • Liaising with media, digital and creative agencies and publishers for advertising

About You

You will be digitally savvy with an understanding of all new communication platforms and will work closely with the digital agency to execute and report on agreed plans. To be successful in this role, you must also have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing B2B and/or B2C
  • Relevant Marketing/Commerce qualification
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • Industry experience of 2-3 years is highly advantageous
  • Agency Leadership
